Easily one of the best things about yoga is its versatility. It can be performed at any time, anywhere, and with or without equipment.
This makes it much easier to participate in exercise without having to go out of your way to get to a class or spend money on specialized equipment.

This is especially useful when you have no time to get to the gym and simply want to exercise quickly.
Today, we want to show you how easy it is to take part in yoga in the limited time you have. To do so, we’ve put together a list of 10 awesome home yoga classes that you can even do in your PJs.
