Mindfulness Training Program for small groups, offices, and corporate settings : This 1-4 session course (time permitting, we can do a one day training, or we can divide the sessions up over a series of weeks) is designed for persons seeking guidance in stress relief, increasing focus, greater productivity, general healing, and finding more energy in the workplace. Your educator, Diana Vitarelli, will lead you through a proven program in Mindfulness that will teach you how to empower your mind, work smart, and stay calm and efficient even throughout the most intense challenges using specific breathing techniques. We will explore how the brain is effected by chronic stress and pin point the antidote, learn why mindfulness practices help us cope with adversity and relieve anxiety, and how to fully engage in the moment in order to increase activity in the brain, and bring more energy into the body! A binder with the full curriculum and details of the practices is included for each participant. 1. Bridal : Get ready for your wedding! Tone your arms, legs, and tummy with a yoga practice designed to improve your posture and increase your inner peace.
2. Pre or Post Natal : Get ready for and nurture yourself after childbirth! Learn yoga poses that are especially beneficial during and after pregnancy, and how to modify a regular practice safely while connecting with your breath in preparation for the big day…and for your journey into motherhood!
3. Injury Recovery : Get ready to return to regular classes! Work on a yoga sequence designed just for you with an experienced yoga teacher so you can safely restart your practice after an injury.
