In this workshop, you’ll find practical ways to bring the wisdom of Ayurveda into your daily life. You’ll come away with all the foundational knowledge needed to unlock powerful keys to healing, longevity, and self-care! Taking time to understand what you’re made of and taking steps to smooth out any imbalances that rise up is energy well spent, and studying Ayurveda will open up an inner treasure of ways to take care of yourself, and others. From using essential oils, to yoga and meditation, to skincare, to color therapy, and of course making better dietary choices, you’ll see that even simple steps in the direction of Ayurvedic Lifestyle will immediately help recurrent and acute issues to subside. Come dressed comfortably (we will do a short yoga practice and meditation), feel free to bring a notebook, and materials (including recipes!) will be provided.
