You do not need to do inversions beyond downward facing dog in order to access the power of the bandhas, but if you seek to someday take flight, come and do the research. For accomplished flyers, John will offer you options based on your practice the day of the class and you will be able to go upside down (no kicking). Come dressed for yoga, bring water and a towel in addition to your notebook, and roll out your mat for this special DEEP PRACTICE!
