Start where you are — and from that place you can pace yourself as we explore the ways yoga and meditation can ease the suffering caused by depression. In the comfort of your own home, you will be able to login as you have the time and energy and ease your way through each week’s lessons. This course includes weekly videos, downloadable yoga and meditation practice manual, audio recordings of breathing techniques, an optional one-on-one video chat with Diana during the course, and a very special processing technique that we will use throughout the course, and that will alter your life. “For people with depression, yoga and meditation are not optional, they are essential. Week One: Welcome with Intention; Week Two: Body – moving through pain; Week Three: Mind – finding stillness and silence; Week Four: Soul – opening to feelings; Week Five: Mindfulness – practical ways to get through the days; Week Six: Release – letting go; Week Seven: Peace – the path forward
